Besthetic will honour an exchange or refund if the product is:

  • defective or expired, or
  • different from what has been ordered.

In order for us to proceed with the exchange or refund, please ensure that the product

  • remains unopened in its original packaging, and
  • has not been tampered with.

We will bear the cost of the delivery of the defective or expired product. Aside from the conditions stipulated above, Besthetic will not be responsible for any exchanges or refunds.

We understand that people may react differently to different products due to individual skin conditions. At Besthetic, we have ensured that all our products are safe for use and approved by the relevant local and international government bodies, such as HSA and FDA.

As such, while we deeply regret any allergic reactions you may encounter, Besthetic bears no responsibilities and will not be providing a refund on the product. Please do read the cautionary advice thoroughly before placing your order and ensure that your skin is suited for the product. Should you encounter an allergic reaction, please discontinue use of the product immediately and consult a doctor.
